LIFEBRICK® Ventilated Façades: Our passion matched with expertise and quality
Our company is so much more than just a manufacturer and installer of Lifebrick® ventilated façades – we absolutely live for them! Our passion for the industry drives us every day to bring you the best service and the highest quality results!
We believe that installing a Lifebrick® ventilated façade is an art form! It is, therefore, crucial to follow the exact technological procedure to achieve the best possible quality and flawless functioning of the thermal insulation façade.
How do we proceed with the installation?
1. Preparation of the underlay
A solid foundation is the key to success! Before we get started installing the ventilated façade, we take a good, thorough look at the building's surface. We make sure it's all spick and span, then level it out and repair any structural damage. This is to make sure the new façade has solid and stable support.
2. Installing the support system
The support grid is the backbone of the entire structure, so it's crucial to get it right! We always design and tailor the support system to the project, taking into account the thickness of the additional insulation and the structural calculations. This ensures the support system perfectly suits the project and provides the best possible results.
3. Installing the insulation
Next, we install the insulation material, a game-changer for the building's energy efficiency. In our case, we're using breathable fibreglass insulation, which is a fantastic choice.
4. Installing the Lifebrick® façade
Now for the really exciting part – the Lifebrick® façade! It looks like a jigsaw puzzle and fits together perfectly with a two-point lock. We then fix them to the supporting structure in line with the technical design and schedule. The result is a façade that looks uniform and aesthetically pleasing in every detail.
5. Now for the finishing touches
We also install windowsills, clean entrances, and insulate the lining. We pay meticulous attention to detail and quality at every process step.
6. Final inspection and maintenance
Once the installation is complete, we thoroughly inspect the entire façade and provide recommendations for simple maintenance and care of your new ventilated façade to serve you for decades. Installing a Lifebrick® ventilated and thermal insulation façade is not just a process; it is a technical art that combines care, precision, and innovation.
